New Mexico Summer Retreat 2024

retreat

Participate in profound inner work amidst the majestic panoramas of northern New Mexico!

Elevate your well-being and spiritual health.  Discover adventure and transformational personal growth in this inspiring southwestern setting known for towering mesas of vivid colors, vast skies and breathtaking vistas that inspired the paintings of Georgia O'Keefe.

About Your Adventure

The retreat will take place at the charming Abiquiu Inn, located along the beautiful Rio Chama River, about an hour north of Santa Fe and southwest of Taos, NM.

Your experienced, masterful retreat leaders, Sari Terrusa, LMHC and Alfreda Beartrack, PhD, Native American Educator will guide you on an inner journey through powerful group processes, Native American teachings, breathwork, meditation, and yoga.

Alfreda's intimate knowledge of the area will guide us as we explore the area's magnificent landscapes and visit historic pueblos and ancient Anasazi cliff dwellings.

What you'll experience...

  • Unplug and learn practical methods to achieve deeper inner peace
  • Open your heart and reduce stress with breathwork and sound healing
  • Connect with yourself with daily meditation and yoga practice
  • Hike through captivating scenery
  • Discover the world of sacred, ancient beauty through indigenious teachings
  • Awaken your senses among New Mexico's inspirational multi-cultural artisans
  • Find your creativity with drumming and songs
  • Share campfires, friendships and laughter under an endless canopy of stars

"Sari and Alfreda are the perfect blend of teachers and guides! From ancient wisdoms to new cutting edge self awareness practices.  Their compassion and healing brought us together to learn crucial tools for life."                             L.E.     West Palm Beach, FL
